For this Malibu kitchen remodel, Ohayon Construction focused on how the kitchen works as well as how it looks. The project improved access, increased storage and expanded counter space.

Completed in 2025. Construction duration: approximately two months.

Natural wood and white quartz give the kitchen a cohesive finish.

Better access and more room to work

Improving the access route was one of the key changes. The remodel also created more counter space, giving the homeowners more room for everyday kitchen tasks.

Island seating sits alongside the kitchen's work surfaces.

A large walk-in pantry

Storage was another priority. A large walk-in pantry was created as part of the remodel, adding a dedicated place for kitchen storage beyond the cabinetry.

Natural wood cabinets and white quartz countertops

The finish combination pairs natural wood cabinets with white quartz countertops. Together with the changes to access, storage and counter space, these materials define the remodeled Malibu kitchen.

This project illustrates how kitchen remodeling can address several practical needs together: access, storage and usable work surfaces, all within a coordinated design.

Project timelines describe this completed project. Your schedule will depend on scope, selections, site conditions and required approvals.
